Many welcomed such products to store selections, even though they might still pick up the grater themselves in the future.

– I use it with a clear conscience, especially when it comes once a week meal prepared a week ahead. A large part of the vegetables would be left out of the diet if you had to prepare everything yourself. I prefer ready-made wok-mixes, when they are really versatile and also suitable as a salad, containing significantly more nutrients than the traditional “cucumber-tomato-iceberg salad”. It is also worth noting that when using pre-chopped vegetables, the risk of accidents is minimized. Even a grater is surprisingly dangerous, and scraps of leather and blood in food are not a nice addition, says the brand Kädenrasataja.
– Sometimes time is on the cards, then it’s good to take it easy. I usually peel and chop the vegetables myself, says the nickname Mummu 80 years.
– As a school cook, I have wondered for many years why carrots are not sold pre-grated, because it is ‘troublesome’ to make at home, but a favorite of many children. The price can’t skyrocket either. You have to be careful with the shelf life, but it’s such a good thing, rejoices the name brand Popsipopsi Carrot.
– This ready-made carrot grater is a really good job. We will eat vegetables more often, enthuses the nickname Kisu.
Several commented that such ready-made products bring relief to everyday life, especially for those with certain diseases.
– Sometimes I buy pre-chopped ones. Due to rheumatism, peeling vegetables is difficult and causes pain. So don’t make fun of those who buy these products, the background could be rheumatism or another disease, reminds the nickname Nanna.
– This is an absolutely brilliant invention for the elderly or myself, who has a nerve root disease in the neck and the hands do not work properly. Grating is very challenging. I know several elderly and disabled people who can’t grate a carrot, for example. Täsmätuote/invention brings a variety of vegetables to the plate for many elderly and other people and is an absolutely wonderful invention. Especially in this time when welfare areas are reducing nursing homes and home care times. It can certainly make it easier for others, but for us sick or elderly people, it’s a really wonderful invention, says Katja.
– I chop and grate myself, but these pre-chopped ones are a great idea for those who are really busy or for those who, for some reason, don’t have enough strength to do the grating and chopping, be it some illness, frail old age or something like that, comments the brand Kiva idea.
– I have been diagnosed with a general health problem, osteoarthritis in the finger joints. At times it is particularly painful. I should not treat raw roots as food. This product is also great for maintaining a healthy, versatile diet, the name Maukas explains its situation.
However, not everyone warmed to them.
– The taste and vitamins of grated carrots and vegetables can deteriorate in the bag. I myself make a large portion and everything goes well!, comments the nickname Iloinen raastaja.
– Well, I really wouldn’t buy anything already chopped. I can still make graters myself as a pensioner. Many products are expensive, fortunately I have a vegetable garden myself, comments the namesake Tuitsu.
– I grate and chop and peel myself. I want to offer my family fresh salads, grated cheese and fruit. I have a little doubt whether pre-grated carrot grates are juicy and fresh when bought in a store. Nowadays, I like to buy potatoes washed, says the nickname S.
– And crap, crap. It’s not difficult to push the grater into the kitchen and remove the peels in no time with a paring knife. It couldn’t be more stupid, commented the nickname Carrot.
– I don’t use. You can make a salad or a grater in a couple of minutes. You can take that time for make-up, and that will only do you good, comments Meatman.
– Yes, it’s a tired group if you can’t peel and grate carrots, comments the nickname Ritu.
– Cooking is a time of its own, a breather in the middle of the momentary life. I don’t understand how someone can be so busy that they don’t peel and grate carrots in advance, says the nickname Kokki-isä.
– Absolutely insane! Who can say how much more waste there will actually be from unsold salad mix, fruit pieces and grated packaging?! In addition, the risk of contamination and food poisoning increases. That modern people can’t peel and grate a carrot – isn’t legit real? comment moniker Makes no sense in terms of the environment.
