Iltalehti tested the Christmas hams – The winner is a real bun on the Christmas table

We decided to find out if Christmas hams are different in Maui. We put five Finnish freshly salted hams to a blind taste test and found a real bun for the Christmas table. Ham belongs to the Finnish Christmas table, there are no two words about it. But is there a difference in hams? Which ham should you buy from the store, if you want to bring something fresh to the table, so to speak? Iltalehti tested five freshly salted Christmas hams and found a winner whose taste was just right.
