We decided to find out if Christmas hams are different in Maui. We put five Finnish freshly salted hams to a blind taste test and found a real bun for the Christmas table. Ham belongs to the Finnish Christmas table, there are no two words about it. But is there a difference in hams? Which ham should you buy from the store, if you want to bring something fresh to the table, so to speak?
