Illness in the family: Pink cancels concerts

Pink announced that she was forced to cancel two upcoming concerts in Tacoma, Washington, which were scheduled to take place on October 17th and 18th. The singer cited “family medical issues” that required “immediate attention” as the reason for this on her social media. However, there was no more detailed explanation.

Pink apologized for the inconvenience and said she was currently working with event organizer Live Nation on future replacement dates. How serious the situation is and whether it could affect further concert dates remained unclear. Since the 44-year-old is currently on a North American tour, performances in Vancouver are scheduled to take place a few days after the canceled gigs in Washington.
