In her Instagram, welfare entrepreneur Jutta Larm instructs her followers on how to deal with hate mail.

– If you receive malicious messages through Somen, treat them with love. You read that right, with love. The sender of the message deserves to be loved, and you can wish him good despite the shitty message, Larm suggests.

Larm bases his suggestion on the fact that he thinks the angry writing is due to the author’s own malaise, not the person to whom the message was sent.

– The author is feeling bad, and you’re just acting as a valve. It is not you who are annoying, but the way a person feels bad.

Larm also reminds us that there are a lot of people in our country with mental health problems. Some of them dissipate by writing to others. Some, on the other hand, live with black energy produced by strife and negativity.

– It’s like fuel. A visit to the stove helps to cope with everyday life. They need support and help, not anger.

Larm also urges not to join the debate with strangers.

– That’s if it’s a waste of time.

Larm says he himself rarely gets any nasty comments or messages on the some these days.

– What is being written on discussion boards, if you are even writing nowadays, is not of interest to you. At a young age, though, I sometimes read them, nowadays I never do. By being a bigger person, you are doing a service especially to yourself, Larm sums up.
