Detroit suffers another defeat

Meanwhile, the Detroit Red Wings around national player Moritz Seider suffered their second defeat within 24 hours on the NHL’s European tour. In Stockholm, the Red Wings lost 2-3 to the Toronto Maple Leafs, and Seider didn’t contribute to the goal.

The evening before, Detroit had to admit defeat after overtime against Tim Stützle’s Ottawa Senators. Despite the two defeats, the Red Wings remain fourth in the Atlantic Division, within striking distance of the playoff places.
