There were manageable changes in star investor Carl Icahn’s portfolio in the third quarter of 2025. This is how the portfolio was composed.
There were few changes in Carl Icahn’s portfolio in the third quarter of 2025. A new investment made it into the top ten. While the portfolio still had assets under management of $7.89 billion in the second quarter of 2025, this climbed to $9.14 billion in the third quarter.
This means that the assets still significantly exceed the value of 100 million US dollars, which is why Icahn is required to file a 13F form with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) at the end of each quarter in which he discloses his investments.
The following ranking lists the top ten investments according to their value in the past quarter. Only stock investments are taken into account for the ranking. The ranking is as of September 30, 2025.

11th place: The ranking
In the third quarter of 2025, Carl Icahn managed assets of around $9.14 billion. The following ranking lists his ten largest holdings in the past quarter, sorted by their share of the total portfolio. Only stock investments were taken into account.
