They have names, a face and an e-mail address: there is the specialist of Marchi Kondikai, the market analyst Athena, Prometheus, who collects the sales data, Moller, a sommelier who combines food and beer, and the commercial specialist Ella.

The Royal Unibrew Denmark does not speak of replacing workers or savings but of a step importance to enhance the skills of its employees. “People want to use their skills – explains the marketing director Michala Svane – what people know how to do well, what we humans can do well, is our creativity, empathy, our knowledge of customers. And working together with the AI, they receive help For routine work and for the search for information, and can use their resources together with the AI ​​”.

Initially the virtual assistants operated without a name, then an identity was given: they are three men and two women, all of them beautiful and interact with the other employees through chat and e-mail.
