Saarinen was at the Nokia Arena reporting the events of the SM league final to the TV viewers, when he suddenly approached the viewer.
Saarinen pushed a passing Tappara fan hard to the side when the space in the arena’s stands was getting tight.
Before the shoving, the fan had lightly grabbed the reporter’s arm and gave the camera a thumbs up.
