the challenge

Randy Parker, CEO of Hyundai Motor America, said: “Pikes Peak is one of the unique and historic challenges still present in motorsports. It has stood the test of time because the mountain never gives up. The weather conditions make it extremely difficult to race clean and to conquer the summit everything must go perfectly. To break and set new records requires enormous preparation and a bit of luck. Going to Pikes Peak will demonstrate the fortitude of these four vehicles.”
