Hybrid car catches fire again in Izegem after two days: “I will only go back to my apartment when that battery is gone”

The hybrid car that exploded on Saturday evening around 7.45 pm in Izegem in West Flanders spontaneously caught fire again after two days. The explosion took place on Baron de Pélichy Street, in the center of the city. The fire brigade is on site. “We quickly fled outside again. It was scary again,” said one of the local residents.
