How does Drenthe deal with challenges in healthcare? In the talk show ‘At the table about care and health’, residents and professionals from Drenthe talk about changes in care. Episode two are about informal care and looking at each other.

In Drenthe we take care of each other but also together. At the table is Antje Dijkstra of meeting and connection place Antjes Taverne. At Dijkstra, people can be together without care for eating and moving. Together with informal caregiver and healthcare professional Roelie van Guldener and experiential expert Harry Haddering, they give an insight into how Drenthe takes care of each other.

For example, Van Guldener takes care of four family members and tells what is involved. And Haddering shares how he receives support from his partner and mother with a physical disability, and how technology helps him to live more independently.

The second episode of ‘Aan Table on Care and Health’, partly presented by Judith Regendorp, can be viewed below. The program can be seen on TV Drenthe at 8 p.m. This Friday is the third and final broadcast.
