A remarkable evening on the Pelikaan in Klundert on Saturday evening. There the police suddenly received a report that a house was shot at by an airgun. It turned out not to be a neighborly fight, but a bad boy’s area. “He probably didn’t know how far he shot.”
The resident of the hit house ran outside around nine in the evening. “I heard some bullet shots, but didn’t immediately think about it,” he says. Until he realized that his house was also hit.
“There is a bullet rack in the wall. I think the size of a two-euro coin.” The resident called the police and sent his son on the lookout. He saw how it came from further down the street.
“We have no fight at all, I think they just didn’t realize how far an airgun can shoot,” the man says. “A bad boy’s region, who will say so.”
That goes against the first message from the police. It was described that it would be a neighborly fight that got out of hand. But there is no question of a fight, even after further police investigation.
Nobody was injured.
