Hornbach in Tilburg cleared after bomb threat

A hardware store on Hestiastraat in Tilburg was evacuated on Sunday afternoon after a bomb threat. This is the Hornbach branch.

According to the Brabants Dagblad, the manager received an anonymous phone call around 4.30 pm. He would have had the building vacated immediately. An eyewitness reports that the parking lot around the hardware store is already largely empty and that a siren is going off in the building.

A bomb scout is already on the scene and is about to enter the property, a 112 correspondent reported.

More later.
