The driver of the car that crashed into a sewer drain in Hoogeveen on Friday evening was arrested by the police after the accident.
The one-vehicle accident took place on the Griendtsveenweg. The 29-year-old man from Hoogeveen is suspected of driving under the influence of drugs and driving with an invalid driving license. The police let us know.
