Manhunt 13 months after the fact: After a homophobic insult in the U9, the Berlin police are now looking for a suspect with a photo.
With the publication of a photo from a surveillance camera, the police state security asks for help.
The wanted person is said to have homophobically insulted a passenger on the U9 at Berliner Straße station in Wilmersdorf on Wednesday, January 5, 2022.
He is also said to have tried to kick the 51-year-old in the face and spit. According to the police, this failed. The passenger who was attacked was not injured.
The investigators ask:
► Who can provide information on the identity and/or whereabouts of the suspect?
► Who saw the person pictured before, during or after the crime?
► Who can provide further relevant information about the course of events or the suspect?
