The Berlin-based streetwear pioneer Highsnobiety has appointed Luke Robins as General Manager for Great Britain and France.
In this position, Robins will be responsible for strengthening the Highsnobiety brand, the management of brand partnerships and the expansion of the HS+ cultural agency, Highsnobiety said on Wednesday. He competes on June 15 and we work from London.
Most recently, Robins worked for the British branch of the US publisher Condé Nast, which includes fashion magazines such as Vogue and GQ. There he was responsible for the business and corporate strategy as well as the operational business and event area. Before that, he worked as a global publishing and Executive Commercial Director at the British media company Dazed Media and looked after the commercial partnerships for all digital and print titles from Dazed Media and Dazed Studio. Other stations were The Economist and Hearst UK.
“Since Britain and France are two of our most important markets, we will further expand and invest our presence there,” said David Fischer, CEO of Highsnobiety. “With Luke on board we are now in an even stronger position because he understands the dynamics of culture, content and commerce.”
