According to information received by Iltalehti, Tampere Ilves has signed an agreement with goalkeeper Roope Taponen.
24-year-old Taponen has played for the last four seasons at HIFK. Born in Espoo, Jokerie’s breeder has played a total of 113 matches in the league with a 90.6 percentage.
Taponen’s average goals are 2.23.
