Hertha’s Suat Serdar wishes a victory for his birthday

“Let’s train well and get the win, the important three points,” said the now 25-year-old Serdar on Monday when coach Felix Magath asked what he wanted. “We’ll do that for you, Suat,” Magath replied.

With a birthday song for Suat Serdar, Hertha BSC started the training week before the important game at FC Augsburg after the bitter derby bankruptcy.

Despite the bitter 4-1 draw against Union Berlin, the coach was calm. He jogged to the training ground a little later than his team. For the team, stretching and loosening exercises were on the program first.

Striker Stevan Jovetic, who was injured against Union, was absent from training, as was the injured first-choice goalkeeper Alexander Schwolow. Niklas Stark was able to do warm-up exercises again after his ankle injury. Davie Selke returned after suffering a concussion. Managing director Fredi Bobic took a look at the unit.
