After the madman of Max Verstappen two weeks ago in Monza, when the reigning world champion celebrated his third win of the season at the Grand Prix of Italy, Formula 1 stopped this weekend in Azerbaijan. Where can the training sessions and the races be seen on the spectacular BAKU spectacular city course on television and stream? Sport.de has put together all important information.

On the 6.006 kilometer long Baku City Circuit, the four -time champion Max Verstappen has struggled in recent years. Since the Azerbaijan Grand Prix was added to the racing calendar eight years ago, the Dutch was able to win the race on the headline.

The only driver who has been able to cheer two victories in Baku to date is surprisingly Sergio Perez (2021 and 2023).

This year, the two McLaren pilots Oscar Piatri and Lando Norris are considered the hottest candidates for victory, as they also lead the World Cup ranking comfortably with 324 and 293 points before this weekend. But be careful: defending champion Max Verstappen with 230 points is still not completely cut off eight runs before the end of the season.

Does Verstappen also add in Baku after his Monza coup? Does McLaren celebrate another double victory? And where does the only German F1 driver Nico Hülkenberg land?
