Galatasaray MCT Technic Men’s Basketball Team’s group in the last 16 rounds of the Champions League has been determined. According to the statement made by the organization, the yellow-red team will compete in Group I.
While Galatasaray will be paired with Lithuanian representative Rytas Vilnius in Group I, the other 2 opponents will be determined after the play-in matches.
The yellow-red team will face the winners of Hapoel Holon-Trapani Shark and Mersinspor-Le Mans Sarthe Basket matches in the group matches.
Meanwhile, TOFAŞ, one of the Turkish representatives, will face France’s Cholet Basket team in the play-in match. If TOFAŞ prevails over its opponent, it will take part in Group J in the last 16 rounds.
The round of 16 will start with the matches to be played on January 20-21. Group matches will end on March 17-18.
