This year we reaffirm that mission by participating in spaces where community, training and innovation take a central role.
In Rosario, the city where we were born and grew as a project, we once again became part of Vitalia Daya local proposal that became a healthy custom. This meeting allowed us to share the philosophy of natural well-being from close proximity, with talks, aromas and experiences that inspire us to bring the simple and essential to daily life.
Guests by Positano Wines and next to the bartender Pablo Pastinantewe co-create an aromatic mixology experience designed for bartenders and cocktail specialists. It was a day of exchange and creativity where we presented our line of gourmet essential oils—pure, enabled by ASSAL—and ready to transform drinks into multisensory experiences, demonstrating how aromas can enhance contemporary cocktails.
Another highlight was our participation in CODEthe Congress of Distillers of Argentina. There we share our comprehensive approach to essential oils: what they are, how they are obtained and, especially, how they can become sensory tools to accompany both health and culinary creativity.
We were also part of Biofairthe largest sustainable festival in Latin America. Between aromas, talks and live demonstrations, thousands of people came to discover that well-being can be simple, natural and conscious. The fair reminded us why we do what we do: because each aroma can become a gesture of care and each person can find a space of balance in nature.
Our presence in Between Seasthe meeting organized by UTHGRA in Mar del Plata, opened a bridge to the gastronomic and hotel community. There we gave a talk for future professionals, bringing the bases of food grade essential oils closer and sharing various culinary experiences. A training space where curiosity and well-being were the protagonists.
Each of these meetings reaffirms something essential for us: Nature is shared, lived and taught through experiences. And we remain committed to that. Because every aroma opens a door. And we want more people to be encouraged to cross it.
