Henny Huisman does not understand at all that the top channel of SBS 6 is so committed to Peter Gillis. He finds it appalling that such a person is offered such a large stage.
Peter Gillis has been under fire lately because the Public Prosecution Service has decided to prosecute him for the assault on his girlfriend Nicol Kremers. Outside of that case, TV star Henny Huisman finds it disgusting to watch the reality star in any case, he says in conversation with New Revue.

In short, what does Henny think of Peter? A fake fat bastard. He finds him a disgusting figure. “That fat man, that Peter Gillis. He plays the boss. He just wants to show that he has the upper hand: this has to be this, it has to be this way. But as a boss, he has to set the best example himself, then you are a good boss.”
Someone with that much overweight is a bad example, says Henny. “He can’t help looking like this – well, kind of – but he’s a boss and he sets the worst example himself. If you let it go down yourself, you can’t demand perfection from your staff.”
A fan of Martien
Peter much prefers to watch Martien Meiland, the other big reality star of SBS 6. “Look, Martien Meiland, she is completely herself. Of course, it plays extra fun when the camera is rotating, but everyone has that, that’s logical. When the camera turns on, a kind of button also turns on.”
“But the kind of man we see at Meiland is him. You may or may not like that, but it’s not fake.”
