Helsinki Seagulls announced its new owners. According to the club, the completion of the acquisition is ongoing but the new board has already been formed.
Seagulls reported that members of the new background company Helsinki Seagulls Oy include, for example Laura VatanenLatamo Group Oy, Marketing Agency and the main owner of Ratikka Group Oy, which operates the Korvakamo Korjaamo Korjaamo, Tim LivsonChairman of the Board of Pirkkolan Liikuntahalli Oy Kirsi EräkangasNelonen Media Business Director Kari Laakso as well as the main shareholder of the domestic ticket broker Mirva Merimaa.
“In addition, the new company is owned by other experienced business influencers,” the club said.
Seagulls said it still keeps the door open to new investors.
Seagulls announced in early June that its long -term main owners Tendon and Sinikka Kulvik Moving aside from the main financial responsibility.
The hall in search
Helsinki Seagulls has played their home game at the Helsinki Race Hall, but new owners are looking for a more modern arena for international games.

The club will announce the first player acquisitions in the near future.
