OP announces the renewal of the key lists used for logging in to online banking. At the same time, it is reminiscent of proper storage of key readings.

OP report their key readings have been renewed. The old ones will soon be disabled and stop working.
OP personal customers using the key list are advised to enable a new list as soon as possible. You can order and introduce one on OP’s online service.
For corporate customers, new key lists will be available gradually, but by the end of 2026 at the latest.
The new key lists are larger than before and, according to OP, clearer, meeting banks’ accessibility and regulation requirements.
According to OP, the mobile key uses 80 % of its customers to authenticate. In the future, active users of the mobile key will be completely removed from the key readings.
– We will communicate this in more detail when the schedule of the change is confirmed, OP says in a news release.
Store correctly
OP recalls that the key list should not be preserved on the phone or other device.
– The key list is intended for a safe place at home or at work.
Also, banks or authorities will never ask to send a picture of the key list. If you get such a request, there is always a cheater.
