To commemorate the 25th anniversary of JK Rowling’s first Harry Potter book, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, a series of Harry Potter-themed coins will be launched alongside the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II.

The first of the four collector’s items has already been presented by the “Royal Mint”, a British mint.

A coin worth approximately 6090 euros

The first example, with a face value of 50p, features the Hogwarts Express on one side and a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on the other side 5215 pounds (6090 euros) lie, available here.

The other motifs: Harry Potter, Hogwarts and Professor Dumbledore

Instead of the Hogwarts steam engine, the other three coins are said to depict Harry Potter, Hogwarts Magic School and Professor Dumbledore. On the other side is the Queen and her successor King Charles III on two coins. to see. Since, according to “Royal Mint” boss Rebecca Morgan, a portrait change within a series is rare, one assumes a high demand.

Warner Bros. recently announced that the production company would like to produce more Harry Potter films in the future.
