Karpo says in the documentary that he was “pretty bad” a few weeks before the interview. He does not open up exactly what had caused the illness. However, he says he has received a “first pump fire” in 1969.
Karpo says he went to a private doctor’s packages because the public side did not contact for weeks despite the promise.
– I told my doctor that this is a strange system of the devil. There, the telephone responder says we will contact you immediately. Said, “Yeah, this is a point.” Karpo says.
