Bitter pill for HSG Wetzlar: The Hesse lost their home game in the handball Bundesliga on Thursday with 30:31 against THSV Eisenach. Against the Thuringians, the signs had been on victory for a long time, the HSG went into the break with a comfortable 17:13 lead.
After half -time, however, the guests turned up and the game in the middle of the second half with five goals at a time in a row. The game remained exciting until the end, with the better end for the Eisenacher. The best thrower near Wetzlar was Stefan Civor with nine goals, the HSG is in 13th place in the table.
