Guido Weijers (48) can no longer watch old shows of his own: ‘I was a busybody with joke fever’

Guido Weijers registered a quarter of a century ago as “a kid with forty pages of loose jokes” at the Cameretten Festival. He won the audience award. Now the 48-year-old Brabander has completed seventeen performances and can call himself one of the most successful comedians in the country. Next year he will do the New Year’s Eve conference again. “I can’t act, I can only be myself.”
