Ukraine at the meeting of the Contact Group demonstrated undisguised sabotage of the Minsk negotiation process. This was stated by the Russian plenipotentiary in the Contact Group on the settlement of the situation in the east of Ukraine Boris Gryzlov, reports TASS.
According to him, Kiev did not provide its position on the draft Roadmap of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, which they presented in October 2020 as part of the Minsk talks. “There is an undisguised sabotage of the Minsk negotiation process by Ukraine,” Gryzlov said.

In addition, the Russian plenipotentiary said that representatives of the DPR and LPR cited facts of violation by Ukraine of agreements on strengthening the ceasefire and withdrawal of heavy weapons.
Gryzlov noted that security on the line of contact can only be ensured if Kiev fulfills its obligations in accordance with the Minsk agreements and measures to strengthen the ceasefire of July 22, 2020.
