Group of companies may buy Tiktok in the US, Trump gives Deal until December for completion

Tiktok may be purchased in the United States by a consortium of companies with, among other things, software company Oracle. The popular social media platform can then continue to exist in the US if the ‘Framework Agreement’ reached on Monday is completed. Insiders report this to ‘CBS News’. In the meantime, the White House is moving on the deadline for the sale of the American parts of Tiktok – which would actually proceed on Wednesday – until December 16.
