The leader of Green Day, billie joe armstronghas assured that he plans to leave his country, the United States, after the Supreme Court annulled his historic 1973 decision about the Roe vs. Wade case that allowed female abortion.
“Fuck the United States. I’m going to give up my citizenship. I’m going to hell,” he declared on Friday during the rock band’s concert in London, as he was totally disappointed with the conservative direction the country was taking. . All this he did while the 50-year-old singer was preparing to sing “American Idiot”possibly one of the most emblematic songs of the band.
“There’s too much fucking stupid in the world to go back to that miserable fucking excuse for country,” he yelled as his fanatical supporters applauded him. “I’m not kidding. You are going to have a lot of me in the next few days,” he concluded, assuring that she was leaving the United States yes or yes.
