The excitement has started again in the FIBA 2023 World Cup Qualifiers. Our National Basketball Team faced Great Britain away in the last match of the first round of Group B. 12 Giant Men were victorious 85-71 in the match played at Vertu Motors Arena.
With this result, Turkey achieved its second win in the fourth match and finished Group B in the 2nd place. Greece finished the group, in which Great Britain placed 3rd.
Belarus was disqualified from the tournament as per FIBA’s previous decision.
