Grandpa (73) and granddaughter (10) died after accident with open bridge in Bruges

A grandfather (73) drove into the water in Bruges, Belgium with its two grandchildren. The man and his granddaughter (10) were killed. His grandson (13) could save himself. The grandfather was not familiar with the road and seems to have been driven through the closed barrier.
