Caroline Wozniacki won the Australian Open seven years ago. As a mother, she achieved the comeback on her professional tour. Now she again announced joyful families.
Tennis star Caroline Wozniacki expects young people again. The Danish announced this on Instagram. There she invited a photo to see how the 34-year-old poses on the beach with her husband David Lee and her two children. The family picture shows the four barefoot on light sand, with the sea in the background – the focus is Wozniacki.
She wears a bright, patterned dress. Her husband lovingly laid her arm around her and beams into the camera just like her. Particularly touching: The couple’s daughter proudly holds ultrasound pictures in their hands – the family expects further growth.
The Danish wrote: “We officially switch to zone defense! Our family could not be more excited to welcome baby number 3 soon!”
The zone defense is an allusion to her partner Lee, who used to be in the North American basketball league NBA. A basketball team consists of five actors. Wozniacki finished her career once in 2020. In the summer of 2023, the former world ranking list celebrated a comeback.
Numerous celebrities commented under the post. Germany’s ex-tennis star Angelique Kerber posted three red hearts. Canadian Eugenie Bouchard also wrote: “Congratulations !! Can’t wait to see another beautiful baby from you.” Sabine Lisicki said: “This is incredible! Congratulations!”
