This is reported by international media such as Reuters. It is the highest bonus the company has ever paid out.
Last year Ferrari produced a record 11,155 cars. Unlike in 2020, the Maranello factory did not have to be shut down due to lockdowns. This makes the results so good that all employees are eligible for a substantial bonus.
This amounts to €11,535.45 gross, but those who have not been absent in 2021 will receive another 7% more: €12,392. Sports management and technical management also get some extra. According to Italian media, four out of five employees are credited with more than €12,000.
They have already received just under €5,000 as an advance in 2021, the remaining €7,000 will be paid out gross in April.
