The two German companies Mykita and Rimowa do a common cause and bring out a glasses collection.

The Berlin glasses specialist MyKita and the Cologne case builder Rimowa “Associate their expertis” in a glasses collection, “which embodies recognition value, design and precise craft”, said the brands on Thursday. This offers the two lines heritage and visor.

The Heritage models rely on stainless steel structures for a rather classic sunglasses frame, while the visor sunglasses have an “ultra-light shield design”.

From April 10, the common capsule will be available for a price from 515 euros in MyKita Stores, selected Rimowa shops in Stores, from selected trading partners: inside worldwide and online.

It follows the interest of the Rimowa mother group LVMH to MyKita. The French luxury goods group planned to participate in Mykita through his subsidiary Thélios at the end of last year.
