National boxer Samet Gümüş won the gold medal in the men’s 54 kilograms at the Under-22 European Boxing Championship held in Croatia.
According to the statement of the Turkish Boxing Federation, Samet Gümüş faced Ruslan Gadirov from Azerbaijan in the final in the organization held in the city of Porec.
The national boxer, who defeated his opponent, became the European champion.
