PERTH, Australia, May 10, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Hazer Group Ltd (“Hazer”

or the “Company”, ASX: HZR) is pleased to announce that it is the

existing non-binding letter of intent with ENGIE SA, a French

multinational power company, has expanded to include development

a first Hazer plant in Europe. This

As part of the Enhanced Agreement, Hazer and ENGIE have agreed that at the

of clean hydrogen and graphitic carbon based on that of Hazer

developed technology on the existing LNG import and

Regasification Terminal at Montoir-de-Bretagne in France (the “Project”)

to work together. The terminal is owned and operated by ELENGY, a

Subsidiary of ENGIE. The project is referred to as H(2)Montoir, and

the planned production facility aims at an initial production capacity

of at least 2,500 tons of hydrogen per year (tpa). The created

Hydrogen is used in industrial applications and in the mobility and

used in the automotive industry.
