About a year ago in March Slavia Prague player Ondrej Kudelan suspected of insulting Glasgow Rangers Finnish player Glen Kamaraa in a Europa League match between teams.

Kudela denied the allegations, but the European Football Association (Uefa) banned him for ten matches for racist language.

Kudela appealed the sentence to the International Court of Appeal for Sport (CAS).

Three days ago, Kudela’s club Slavia Praha issued a bulletin in which the player said he had withdrawn his complaint.

– This has been going on for a long time, I just want to focus on football. I realize it was a mistake to go and say nothing to Glen Kamara. During the match, emotions were on the surface and unfortunately I will not get back to what happened. I am sorry, Kudela commented in the press release.

The Chamber posted a comment on the situation on its Twitter account on Monday.

– I feel justified in Kudela rejecting his complaint about his 10-match ban. I am grateful to the Rangers, our fans, and the many other fans / clubs who supported me, Kamara wrote.

The Star of the Owls then thanked his lawyer again Aamer Anwaria.

Kamara reacted strongly to Kudela’s words a year ago. He was also charged with beating Kudela in a player tunnel after the fight ended. Uefa then banned Kamara from playing three matches.
