Terrible swimming accident on Sunday afternoon in Brandenburg.
A six-year-old girl was found dead by rescue workers in Lake Rangsdorf, south of Berlin.
The parents had missed the girl since 3:30 p.m., according to the Brandenburg police. The police initially issued a search report. Accordingly, the girl wore a yellow and pink bathing suit and had her black hair tied in two pigtails.
A search operation was initiated. In the evening then the sad certainty when the girl could only be rescued dead from the lake.
