A 17-year-old pedestrian from the municipality of Coevorden was hit on Friday morning on the Slenerweg between Noord-Sleen and Schoonoord.
A motorist saw the victim over the head, after which she was hit.
The girl was taken to hospital by ambulance with unknown injuries
