The former striker Giovane Élber has identified a large vulnerability to the record champion. He formulates two concrete transfer requests.

Giovane Élber would also welcome the transfer of desired player Nick Woltemade, where FC Bayern is currently intensive and with VfB Stuttgart for the transfer fee. He recently made this more than clear in conversation with T-Online and literally raved about the striker. “When he comes to Bavaria, I trust him to do everything,” said élber, among other things (read more about this here).

In addition to Woltemade, FC Bayern is currently the commitment of a left wing player the highest priority in the search for reinforcements. However, Élber sees even more urgent need for action in a different position with the record champions. Where exactly?

“On the defensive,” said Élber and also explained why: “With Jonathan Tah, we got a good German international, but I think there is still no quick central defender.” Because, according to the former striker of Munich: “Bavaria plays very offensive, the defenders often have to defend one against one – and you need speed.” The fact that the German record champion sometimes lacks the sometimes on the defensive, Élber also observed at the club World Cup in the USA, in which there was also a brand ambassador for his ex-club.

“Against Boca and in other games you saw how dangerous it can be. Bavaria did not pay attention to Benfica,” said élber. Bavaria was eliminated in the quarter-finals of the tournament against Paris Saint-Germain (0: 2). At the same time, the Brazilian renewed another, concrete wish that he has when it comes to transfers to his ex-club.

“A South American, that would be! Bayern absolutely needs such a player again,” said élber. And why exactly? “Not only because of the quality of football, but also someone who ensures a good mood in the cabin so that there is a bit of looseness,” said the 52-year-old. In his homeland he sees “at the moment none that would help Bayern immediately. For example, that should be a Brazilian who is already playing in Europe.”

Rodrygo, who at Real Madrid under chief coach Xabi Alonso currently only has to be satisfied with the joker role and could therefore even come onto the market, would fit in this profile and could also be used on the outside. “I just wanted to call him,” said élber when asked by T-Online. “This is definitely a great player.”

With another South American, Bayern are said to be on. According to a report by the “Bild”, the Munich -based company with Luis Díaz from Liverpool is said to have already agreed on a move to Munich and also submitted a first transfer offer to the Reds.

That should be 52 million euros. The 28 -year -old Colombian would fit into the profile of the left wing player that Bayern are looking for. And at the same time also fulfill élber’s desire for a South American in the squad. If it goes to Élber, only a quick defender would be missing.
