4th place: Stuttgart
The Swabian city offers numerous jobs in the IT sector thanks to companies such as Porsche, Mercedes and Bosch. According to the “Datenland Deutschland” study, these are paid slightly better than in Frankfurt at 40,000 to 50,000 euros and the cost of living is also lower than on the Main. This puts Stuttgart in fourth place among the German IT capitals.
3rd place: Hamburg
The Hamburg labor market, as surveyed by Staufenbiel, consists of 15 percent IT job offers, the most tech jobs in Germany in percentage terms. Even if starting salaries, like in Frankfurt, can be slightly less than 40,000 euros, the Hanseatic city can hold its own in third place in the ranking due to the large IT job offer.
2nd place: Munich
There are the most tech jobs in Germany on the Isar in Munich, and you also get paid very well for your IT work here. Deloitte collected data that shows that entry-level employees earn an average of around 44,000 euros per year with an upper limit of over 50,000 Earn euros.
