Germany had started the World Cup qualification in group A with a 2-0 defeat in and against Slovakia. Northern Ireland had defeated Luxembourg 3-1. After seven minutes, the Germans led in Cologne through a goal from the injury recovered Serge Gnabry. But in the 34th minute it was the same again. In the 69th minute, Nadiem Amiri gave the Germans the lead again after a pass from David Raum by goalkeeper Bailey Peacock-Farrell and his defenders had been misunderstood. Three minutes later, Florian Wirtz took care of the liberating 3-1.
Slovakia won in and against Luxembourg through a goal in the final minute of Tomas Rigo: 0-1.
Spain is extremely out
Spain was far too strong for Turkey: 0-6. The European champion led in Konya after six minutes through a placed shot in the right corner of Pedri. Fifteen minutes later it was already 2-0 for the visitors. After a combination about many discs, Mikel Merino finished.

The same Merino took care of the 0-3 in the extra time of the first half, again after a handsome combination of the Spaniards. Thanks to Ferran Torres, again Merino and Pedri, the Spaniards walked further away.
Spain was on Thursday with 3-0 too strongly visiting Bulgaria. Turkey had surprised with a 3-2 victory at Georgia, which recovered on Sunday with a 3-0 win at home against the Bulgarians. Spain leads in group E with 6 points from two duels.
Belgium also wins smoothly
Belgium took the lead against Kazakhstan shortly before half -time. First Kevin De Bruyne scored, not much later a goal from Jéremy Doku followed. Shortly after the break, the 3-0 followed by Nicolas Raskin with his first international hit, while Doku scored his second goal in the 60th minute: 4-0. Goals from De Bruyne and Thomas Meunier provided a 6-0 win for the Belgians, who are second behind North Macedonia with a point less and a duel less played.
