Cristiano Junior wore the shirt of the Portuguese Under 16 national team on the occasion of Federations Cup held in Türkiye. In the stands of the Antalya Arena, ready to support him, there was also mother Georgina, with a look chosen specifically for the event. At the end of the match the Argentine model posed with the young champion, who was holding the trophy he had just won in his hands. Georgina was visibly excited and proud next to CR7’s son, as she herself wrote on social media: “I love being a mom. I am very proud of my boy”.
The player born in 2010 was decisive in the sprint towards victory: Portugal Under 16s beat England in the final and Cristiano Jr. contributed to winning the cup, in what was his debut with the national team, after making his debut only a few months ago in the Under 15s.

Cristiano and Georgina are now preparing for the big step, after the surprise marriage proposal that the Portuguese champion made to his partner. An unexpected and very intimate gesture, born spontaneously, as CR7 told in an interview with Piers Morgan: “I knew that one day I would do it, but I hadn’t planned to do it at that moment”. It all happened in the middle of the night: “It was around one o’clock, my daughters were asleep and a friend of mine gave me the ring. My two sons came in and told me: ‘Dad, you will give the ring to mom and ask her to marry you‘”. So it was his children who convinced him, there was nothing planned!
The couple is together since 2016 and, after many years of love and five children, she now seems ready to say yes. They have not been revealed at the moment details about the ceremony, but according to gossip the date could be very close.
