The man who stabbed a random passenger on Monday evening and told him to want to make more victims, is a Georgian refugee who was staying in the Netherlands. The Public Prosecution Service in Antwerp confirms this against this site. Whether the 38-year-old man lived in an AZC, the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA) does not want to say because of the police investigation.
