The exact number of cards was not mentioned. In the meantime, the website for ticket sales crashed on Tuesday due to high demand.
The English team won the European Championship final against Germany 2-1 after extra time at Wembley Stadium in front of 87,192 spectators. Never before has a European Championship game – neither for men nor for women – had such a big backdrop.
