Cedric Bakambu, with whom Galatasaray had been in talks for a while and reached an agreement in principle, was expected to arrive in Istanbul the previous day.
However, the arrival of the plane carrying the Democratic Congolese striker to Istanbul was delayed due to a technical problem.
The star player will come to Istanbul tonight at 23.30.
On the other hand, the 32-year-old striker shared a striking message from his social media account. Adding Turkish flag, lion and airplane emojis in his post, Bakambu passed the note “See you tonight”.
