GIANT INCOME FROM RIVA
An income of 170 million dollars + 2.5 billion TL has been obtained from the Riva project since 2016.
“WE EXPECT 2 BILLION TL FROM MECIDİYEKÖY”
We paid part of the loan we used to purchase the Florya land with the income we earned from the Mecidiyeköy project. I said, ‘We expect a revenue of 1.5 billion TL from Mecidiyeköy.’ Due to changing economic conditions, our expectation from here has reached around 2 billion TL.
“WE WILL HAVE 6 FIELDS”
Kemerburgaz is the new cradle of football. It is a closed area of approximately 15 thousand square meters. A wonderful land, a wonderful investment. Galatasaray’s future is here. By building this place, we will move the campus in Florya here. Both the senior team and the amateur team will operate here. Kemerburgaz is very precious and valuable. We are extremely determined and confident in the construction of this place. Our campus in Florya is 4 thousand 500 square meters in total. Infrastructure, changing rooms, restaurants, everything is 4 thousand 500 square meters. Kemerburgaz is 14 thousand 500 square meters. We will go here shortly. As soon as we move here, the project in Florya will start. Kemerburgaz land is magnificent, on the Göktürk road. We will have 6 fields, 2 fields in the first stage. “As you know, it’s a forest, we have a project to take some of the forest land and hold some sporting events there.”
