Galatasaray Football Team continued its preparations for the away match against Samsunspor on Saturday, May 2, in the 32nd week of the Trendyol Super League.
Approximately 40 thousand yellow-red football fans watched the training held at RAMS Park without fans.
The fans started to fill the stands about 2 hours before the training, chanting and singing anthems and waiting for the football players to come onto the field. There was great excitement as the football players took to the field for training.
The training, in the atmosphere of a derby match, started with warm-up exercises. Meanwhile, fans and players called to the stands one by one. The greatest interest was shown to Victor Osimhen and Mauro Icardi. Finally, coach Okan Buruk was called to the stands.
The training, which continued with ball-grabbing exercises, ended with double-goal matches played by two teams in two halves. Torches lit simultaneously in all stands during training created a colorful visual.
Gabriel Sara, who has bone edema in his ankle, and Yaser Asprilla, who has a flexion in his knee, did not participate in the training. Both football players spent the day with treatment.
Galatasaray will continue its preparations for the Samsunspor match tomorrow.

Galatasaray fans showed great love to president Dursun Özbek.
President Özbek followed the training open to fans from the box. The fans asked coach Okan Buruk to bring president Özbek. Then, Özbek came down to the field and greeted the fans among great shows of love.
Meanwhile, chants of “Great President” were made.
